My Values

My ETHICAL values define who I am and I hope they resonate with anyone reading them. 

I am: 

Empathetic; I put myself in the shoes of others so that I can understand why someone may be feeling or behaving in a particular way. 

Trusted Advisor; I am honest and will say what people need to hear, not what they want to hear and as a result, have built up the reputation of a trusted advisor.

High Integrity; I might not always do or say what's most popular, but I always do the right thing by people. Even when it’s not blatantly obvious, or when others aren’t.

Inclusive; no matter who I meet, they always feel at ease with me because I am non-judgemental and a person who accepts people for who they are. 

Compassionate; I care for my clients, their employees and their business and use mindfulness based approaches to ensure all HR actions are carried out compassionately and respectfully.

Authentic; what you see is what you get. I am the same person in my work life as I am in my personal life – Pav!

Level-headed; I am known for being calm and level-headed, mostly because when the proverbial hits the fan, and it often does, I bring calm and rational thinking to the fore.
